Not quite ready to plunge into having a coach but you still want a training plan customized for you, your strengths, weaknesses and goals? Then a Custom Training Plan could be right for you!

CUSTOM TRAINING PLANS

While we believe that working with a coach is the best way to get the most out of yourself, we do understand that it isn't for everyone. If you'd like to have the expertise of a coach when it comes to writing a training plan that is created just for you, a Custom Training Plan might be just what you're looking for. Using the same initial planning and design process as our Full-Service Coaching, we create a training plan for you, for your specific event(s), and using a schedule designed to fit within your day-to-day life. Where these programs differ from our coaching options is that you don't have daily access to a coach, any schedule adjustments are made by the athlete and the training protocol does not adapt to your improvements in training. Those adjustments and rewrites are available at an additional cost.
